Pharmacist - Seattle, WA

A pharmacist opportunity is available in Seattle, WA, offering a contract position with the potential for temp-to-hire after 16 weeks. The role begins ASAP and features a variable schedule, primarily days and afternoons, with 8-hour shifts.


Responsibilities include supporting distribution functions within the inpatient pharmacy, verifying orders using Epic, conducting final product verification checks, and answering clinical questions related to drug information. The pharmacist will oversee pharmacy technician functions and respond to Code Blue and other emergency situations. Familiarity with IT systems such as Epic and Pyxis is essential.


Desired qualifications and experience:

• Active Washington State pharmacist license
• Full-time immediate availability
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience
• Proficient with Epic and Pyxis systems
• Strong understanding of inpatient pharmacy distribution and clinical services
