Northwest Texas Healthcare System in Amarillo, Texas is recruiting a BC/BE Otolaryngologist for a position with the ENT practice at Northwest Physicians Group. Board certification or eligibility with ABOHNS or AOBOO required .

• New physician will be busy quickly due to large patient panel and high demand for ENT services in the region

• Large, unsaturated geographic and population catchment area of ~ 450,000 in Texas Panhandle and border states

• Patient panel includes seeing all ages

• General ENT procedures
\n
• Subspecialty interests may be accommodated

• Call: 5 days
\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Support the NWTHS mission of delivering high quality, compassionate care to Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle region
\n
• Assess, diagnose and treat patients with conditions of the ear, nose, throat, head and neck
\n
• Perform common ENT procedures and subspecialty procedures as desired
\n

\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• BC/BE Otolaryngology required
\n
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency required
\n
• Active, clear Texas license and DEA or ability to obtain
\n
• Clean professional background
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
\n
• Compassionate bedside manner
\n
