Clinical Dietitian — Aging Adults & Care Coordination

PACE Southeast Michigan

PACE Southeast Michigan is seeking a registered Dietitian to assess nutrition status and implement interventions for participants in Detroit, Michigan. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and completion of a dietetic internship. The ideal candidate will have experience working with aging adults and be capable of collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care. You will supervise and counsel participants and caregivers to enhance health and well-being, ensuring compliance with dietary recommendations and standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr PACE Southeast Michigan
