Assistant Program Coordinator - Dean's Office

$30.36 - $43.49 per hour

University of California - Los Angeles Health

Description This position is responsible for managing or administering a wide-range of responsibilities to support day-to-day administration of an academic or non-academic organization(s). Administrative support includes planning and/or development; interprets, monitors, and analyzes information regarding policies and procedures; special projects or assignments that are moderately sensitive or complex, requiring a level of independence and initiative in execution and implementation. Handles details and oversees work of a confidential and critical nature to support. Demonstrates good judgement in determining methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Salary Range: $30.36 - $43.49 Hourly Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3 years minimum of Business operations and/or administration experience. Ability to use high-level discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Proficient knowledge of common computer application programs (MSOffice Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Solid and proven analytical/problem solving skills. Communication and interpersonal skills sufficient to work effectively with University-wide and campus-wide Administrators, Deans, Department Chair, faculty and staff both orally and written. Preferred Knowledge of academic and/or administrative structure of institutions of higher education. #J-18808-Ljbffr University of California - Los Angeles Health
