Inside Sales Agent

We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to develop the skills needed to grow into a successful listing agent while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for someone who enjoys conversations, wants to improve communication skills, and is committed to building a strong foundation through consistent activity, coaching, and accountability.

You will learn how to connect with homeowners, create meaningful conversations, and generate opportunities through consistent follow up and outreach. The focus is on strengthening communication, building trust, and developing the habits that help create future listing appointments and long term client relationships.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will gain practical experience with prospecting, appointment setting, lead management, and client follow up. You will learn how productive agents stay organized, maintain consistency, and create momentum through daily actions that lead to future business opportunities.

As your confidence and experience continue to grow, you will develop a deeper understanding of listing presentations, seller conversations, and the skills required to represent homeowners effectively. Through mentorship, training, and real world exposure, you will continue building the foundation needed to transition into greater listing focused responsibilities over time.

Compensation:

$100,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
• Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
• Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
• Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
• Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met

Qualifications:

• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
• Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
