PASSENGER SERVICE AGENT (JFK Airport)
Starting Pay: $21.25
JOB DUTIES:
- Assist passengers with check-in for domestic and international travel.
- Process passenger check-ins using computerized systems.
- Assign seats and verify travel documentation.
- Issue boarding passes and verify ticket and reservation information.
- Match passenger manifests with boarding counts.
- Assist with airport and government agency procedures as required.
- Connect and disconnect jetways or boarding stairs as needed.
- Make arrival and departure announcements.
- Provide customer service and assist passengers throughout the travel process.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport credentials as required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 70 pounds.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.
