Maintenance Technician – Icon Lakewood | North Little Rock, AR

Icon Lakewood is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team. If you’re experienced in apartment maintenance and want long-term stability, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive work environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete general maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
- Handle resident service requests in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain property grounds and amenities to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
What You Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) – preferred
- Apartment maintenance or multifamily housing experience
- HVAC repair and troubleshooting experience
- Reliable transportation and basic tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25lbs
