Advanced RN - Pulmonary Care Specialist
Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse specializing in pulmonary care, offering full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities across day and night shifts. This role involves delivering personalized, high-quality patient care, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records. Safety principles are paramount, and the nurse will recognize when to escalate patient concerns appropriately. Collaboration with multidisciplinary health teams is essential, alongside a commitment to exceptional customer service and respectful relationships.
Education
Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) strongly preferred.
Experience
Previous nursing experience is advantageous. The role includes mentoring and training new staff and students, emphasizing continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the relevant state.
- Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire.
- Ability to apply fundamental nursing principles effectively.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency with basic computer and keyboarding tasks.
- Capability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence in patient care and teamwork.
