Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on promoting recovery and mobility.
• Efficiently manage a patient caseload of one individual per hour, ensuring high-quality, personalized attention to each patient.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and manual therapy techniques to provide effective treatments aimed at restoring mobility and function.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care and optimize outcomes.
• Regularly monitor and assess treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to therapy protocols and maintaining open lines of communication with patients.
• Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information in adherence with departmental and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
