Work Environment

This role is based within our modern Rehabilitation Center, which is equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technologies designed to support various rehabilitation needs. The typical working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to establish individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations and patient histories.
• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions that target mobility restoration and pain relief, ensuring a high standard of care.
• Manage a manageable patient load, allowing for personalized attention and patient engagement during each session.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to improve patient outcomes, based on continuous training and professional development.
• Incorporate physical fitness and wellness strategies tailored to patients' specific needs, encouraging holistic recovery approaches.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, with proficiency in platforms such as WebPT.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation, providing support and education about at-home care and exercises.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to develop comprehensive care strategies that maximize patient recovery and satisfaction.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjusting plans according to evolving patient needs and responses.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice focuses primarily on outpatient rehabilitation, engaging with a diverse array of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. By adopting a comprehensive approach to patient care, we aim to support their return to optimal activity levels and lifestyle, fostering long-lasting recovery and health improvements.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to ensure comprehensive clinical knowledge and skill.
• An active and valid Physical Therapist License in the State of New Jersey, free of sanctions or disciplinary history.
• Demonstrated expertise in various manual therapy modalities to enhance patient treatment outcomes.
• Exceptional ability in developing and implementing successful exercise regimens tailored to individual patient needs.
• Proficiency with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to maintain accurate and effective patient records.
• We are looking for someone who remains current with the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and best practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient setting is highly desirable, particularly within a sports medicine environment.
• A history of effectively managing a diverse patient caseload, including those with varying levels of mobility and rehabilitation needs.
• Prior contributions to collaborative team approaches in therapy settings will be considered a strong asset.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
