Rare Disease Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Our client is well-established research based rare disease specialty pharmaceutical company currently expanding their sales force. In this role, the rep will call strictly on OB/GYNs and psychiatrists. The Ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of business-to-business sales experience and/or 2-4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a documented track record in the top 20% national ranking and a national sales award winner (ex. President' Club, Gold Cup, Winner's Circle, etc). This is a field-based position that covers the South Jersey (Cherry Hill, Voorhees, Egg Harbor Township, Sewell, Lakewood, Atlantic City areas).

Salary: $100K-130K plus targeted bonus and commission of $44K at plan, but it is uncapped, top reps make over 80K in bonus alone.

Requirements:

• Ideally 2+ years of of business-to-business sales experience and/or 2-4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience

• Candidates must demonstrate a consistent track record of success (Top 20% performance).
