The Roofing Sales Representative will engage primarily with residential homeowners and commercial property owners, driving sales of roofing services through effective lead generation, persuasive presentations, and accurate quote preparation. This role involves daily travel to multiple job sites and requires managing a sales cycle typically lasting less than one month. The position offers opportunities for advancement to Sales Manager and potential commission increases, supported by a company vehicle for ease of travel.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads within residential and commercial markets
- Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Prepare accurate and timely roofing project quotes
- Manage a sales cycle from initial contact through closing in under one month
- Travel daily to various client locations using a company vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales
