Role Description The Clinical Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Auburn, WA, responsible for overseeing clinical services and supporting a multidisciplinary team of providers. This role includes providing clinical supervision, reviewing cases, and ensuring adherence to ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards. The Clinical Supervisor will conduct regular supervision sessions, offer consultation on complex cases, and support treatment planning rooted in appropriate clinical frameworks. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring documentation quality, coordinating case management activities, and collaborating with leadership to improve clinical processes and outcomes. The role also involves mentoring staff, assisting with training and onboarding, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and trauma-informed workplace culture. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Clinical Supervision and Supervisory Skills, including experience guiding and evaluating clinicians or counseling staff. Candidates should possess applied clinical skills such as Applied Behavior Analysis and Psychology knowledge relevant to behavioral health and counseling settings. Candidates should possess Case Management capabilities, including coordinating services, managing care plans, and collaborating with external providers. Relevant licensure or certification (e.g., AA with supovisor hours and CEs or equivalent) in good standing, and eligibility to provide clinical supervision as required by state regulations. Experience in outpatient behavioral health or counseling environments, with knowledge of best practices, documentation standards, and ethical guidelines. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a supportive, inclusive, and culturally responsive clinical environment. Proficiency with electronic health records and basic office software, and ability to maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
