Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians to develop effective treatment plans tailored to their individual needs and progress.
• Implement and document treatment methods that incorporate evidence-based practices, ensuring alignment with the physician's prescribed course of care.
• Conduct therapeutic activities and interventions catered to a range of specialties including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities and technologies, with a focus on delivering services in both the clinic and potentially in-home environments, as appropriate.
• Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers, ensuring they understand their treatment process and can effectively participate in their recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes and foster an overall positive healthcare experience.
• Maintain accurate patient records and meet minimum utilization goals in alignment with our business strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Two years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Current certification in CPR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective patient engagement.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.
• A strong desire to establish meaningful relationships with patients and inspire them to achieve their functional goals.

Compensation and Benefits
