Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, drawing on both physical assessments and patient history.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and patient progress, including re-evaluations throughout their care journey.
• Educate patients and their families about the treatment process, therapeutic exercises, and self-care strategies to promote independence.
• Documentation of patient progress and treatment notes in accordance with legislative regulations and professional standards, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care, including communicating with referring physicians about treatment plans and progress.
• Engage in departmental leadership activities such as community outreach, continuous quality improvement programs, and the development of new therapeutic offerings.
• Utilize various scheduling and electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient care and workflow efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
