Work Environment

You will work onsite in a state-of-the-art outpatient office facility that is designed to provide a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for our patients. Our clinic is equipped with the latest technology and rehabilitation equipment to facilitate effective therapies. As a full-time employee, you will maintain a consistent Monday to Friday schedule, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This structure allows for a balanced work-life dynamic and greater continuity of care for your patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to establish baseline functionality and identify rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and capabilities of each patient.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises tailored to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and the latest therapeutic modalities to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, physicians, and nursing staff, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Document patient progress accurately and modify treatment plans as necessary based on patient responses to therapy.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, recovery techniques, and strategies to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. This role requires a compassionate approach, as many patients may be experiencing emotional challenges during their recovery journey. You will have the opportunity to make significant impacts on their recovery by building strong therapeutic relationships and motivating them through their rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong foundational knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and practices.
• Effective interpersonal communication skills to work collaboratively with patients and the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of physical therapy experience is required, we highly value candidates who have additional expertise in treating orthopedic conditions and utilizing specialized therapeutic techniques. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a rewarding compensation package, our benefits include:
