Work Environment

You will work onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center, collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals committed to delivering exceptional patient care. Our clinic features modern treatment spaces, including specialized equipment and resources that enhance therapy effectiveness. Our operational hours allow flexibility, offering shifts from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, or an alternative schedule featuring four 10-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans informed by assessment findings.
• Implement and adjust therapy protocols aimed at restoring functional movement, strength, and endurance among patients recovering from various conditions.
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and recovery strategies to promote lasting improvements and independence.
• Maintain clear communication with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring that integrated care approaches optimize patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with state regulations and clinic protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports-related injuries, neurological conditions, and age-related physical challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid Florida state physical therapist license, with a commitment to maintaining licensure and pursuing continuing education.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-centered focus, enabling you to build strong therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a rehabilitation setting is required, where you have developed strong clinical skills.
• Experience with electronic health record systems (EHR) for streamlined documentation and progress tracking is preferred.
• Familiarity with a variety of treatment methodologies, including manual therapy techniques and strength conditioning.

Compensation and Benefits
