Work Environment

This position is primarily onsite at our orthopedic outpatient office. Our rehabilitation center is designed to create a welcoming and supportive ambiance for both patients and staff. The clinic operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fostering a work-life balance conducive to personal well-being. Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensively evaluate patients during initial consultations to assess mobility issues and establish their treatment needs.
• Create and execute personalized treatment programs that incorporate therapeutic techniques, exercise regimens, and patient education to achieve desired health outcomes.
• Diligently document patient care, treatment progress, and billing according to clinic standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in multidisciplinary discussions with healthcare professionals, including orthopedic surgeons and primary care providers, to ensure cohesive and integrative care plans.
• Meet or exceed clinical productivity benchmarks while continuously enhancing your clinical skills in line with the latest evidence-based practices.
• Contribute actively to team meetings, in-service training sessions, and the development of new therapeutic programs.
• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment, ensuring proper handling and upkeep of therapy equipment to support effective treatment delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you'll work with a diverse patient population, primarily focusing on orthopedic conditions ranging from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management. This includes treating individuals recovering from joint replacement surgeries, sports-related injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Your ability to connect with patients and adapt treatment plans based on their progress will be key to fostering trust and achieving successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active Physical Therapy license in Florida, or eligibility for licensure.
• A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care, showcasing a team-oriented approach to rehabilitation.
• Prior experience using WebPT EMR software is preferred, as it will enhance your documentation efficiency.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Proven track record of utilizing evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of healthcare providers.

Compensation and Benefits
