The firm focuses on healthcare, food and beverage, and business services, targeting founder-led businesses with stable cash flows and clear potential for growth through both organic expansion and industry consolidation. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: Business Model: Multi-site services/Engineered services Functional: #1 financial leader of a $50-100mm PE-backed services business or #2 financial leader of a larger PE-backed services business.
