About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Group Finance Director to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth, particularly in the US market. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance and accounting function, including global group reporting for multiple regions. This role is key in the integration of acquisitions, aligning reporting standards, and ensuring the financial health of the company. The CFO/Group Finance Director will also be involved in high-level board reporting, internal controls, and will be expected to lead and mentor a top-tier team. The position demands a strategic leader who can champion internal control improvements and transition the finance function to a more proactive, insight-driven model. Applicants for the CFO/Group Finance Director position at the company must be CPA, CMA, ACA, or CIMA qualified, with a minimum of 12 years' experience in advertising, marketing services, or creative agencies. Experience in a PE-backed environment is highly desirable. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in financial management, including treasury and working capital management, and a proven track record in supporting global financial strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry and be adept at providing project-based revenue forecasting and KPIs.
