About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to join one of its community bank clients. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and innovative individual with a proven track record in providing successful growth strategies for financial institutions. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, directing financial activities, and guiding the organization’s financial area toward growth and expansion. This senior leader will play a key role in the executive team, contributing to forecasting, budgeting, and preparing for the next level of financial management. Applicants for the CFO position at the company's community bank client should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a CPA designation is also preferred. A minimum of 4 years' related experience is required, along with proficiency in PC software and excellent attention to detail. The role demands excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a strong focus on accuracy. The CFO will be involved in all aspects of financial management, including preparing and filing tax returns, financial statements, and reports for regulatory agencies, as well as supervising a team of financial staff and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
