Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct patient intakes focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations, providing insights to primary care providers on treatment goals and plans.

• Offer brief, focused interventions for patients requiring mental health support, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate with primary care teams to identify patients who may benefit from either in-house mental health services or referrals to specialty care.

• Follow up with patients to assess their progress and discuss necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.

• Create relapse prevention plans and assist patients in maintaining stable functioning in daily life.

• Educate patients on self-management strategies, fostering their involvement in their own recovery processes.

• Document treatment progress and maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with agency guidelines.

• Provide ongoing consultation to clinic management and other staff regarding behavioral health services, performance evaluation, and improvement areas.

• Assist patients in aligning with medical treatments prescribed by their primary care providers, including coping strategies for medication side effects.

• Adhere to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals while successfully fulfilling assigned duties.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 87,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
