Learn more at and on LinkedIn and X.## Financial Analyst I **Role Summary**The Financial Analyst I supports the Central BU Operations Finance team through financial reporting, variance analysis, planning support, data management, and finance operations. This is an entry-level role ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented finance professional looking to build expertise in FP&A, financial systems, and operational finance within a global technology organization. The role partners with finance team members to support reporting, planning processes, financial analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficient and scalable finance operations. **Key Responsibilities****Financial Reporting & Analysis*** Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, dashboards, and scorecards.* Perform variance analysis and identify key financial trends and drivers.* Compile, reconcile, and analyze data from multiple systems.* Support month-end and quarter-end reporting activities.**Planning & Forecasting Support*** Assist with forecasting, annual operating plans, and long-range planning processes.* Support data collection, consolidation, validation, and reporting.* Prepare templates, schedules, and planning reports.* Ensure planning assumptions are accurately reflected in reporting systems.**Systems & Data Management*** Utilize finance systems including SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, and related tools.* Maintain reporting databases, financial models, and planning templates.* Support reporting enhancements, system testing, and process improvements.* Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve reporting efficiency and analysis.**Continuous Improvement*** Document finance processes and reporting procedures.* Support automation, standardization, and operational excellence initiatives.* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen controls. **Required Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Business Analytics, or related field.* Less than one year of relevant experience (internships/co-ops included).* Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.* Ability to work with large datasets and communicate insights clearly.* Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.* Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications*** Internship or co-op experience in finance, accounting, analytics, consulting, or operations.* Exposure to financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, or variance analysis.* Familiarity with SAP, Anaplan, Power BI, or similar financial systems.* Interest in automation, technology, and AI-enabled business processes. **Why Join ADI?**This role offers an excellent opportunity to launch a career in FP&A and operational finance while gaining exposure to ADI's planning processes, financial systems, analytics tools, and industry-leading technologies.
