BDC Representative

Dennis & Co Auto Group is looking for motivated, self-starters with positive spirits to join our team. With this position you must be comfortable with talking on the phone, internet, and in person. Currently looking for talented individuals for our Eastchester Chrysler Dodge Ram location. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound communication and effectively set up appointments with prospective customers

• Respond to internet leads provided through our account management system

• Effectively document interactions and customer information in our dealership database; conduct follow-ups as necessary

• Maintain a professional demeanor with our customers and strategize new ways to positively impact communication

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service, call center or sales environment is preferred, but not required

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required

• Must be able to reliably commute to our call center location

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Must be enthusiastic and driven to succeed

• Professional appearance
