Requirements

3+ years of progressive accounts payable experience
Detail oriented
Excellent problem solver
Highly computer proficient

Code and key invoices
Purchase order matching
Set up new vendors
Answer all vendor calls
Multi-state invoicing

What You Will Do

As a Accounts Payable Specialist you will review invoices, verify purchase orders, process vendor payments, reconcile statements, maintain financial records, resolve invoice discrepancies, communicate with vendors and internal departments, prepare payment documentation, and help ensure timely, accurate accounts payable operations while following established accounting procedures.

A Accounts Payable Specialist supports organizational success by maintaining accurate accounts payable records, processing financial transactions, and contributing to dependable financial operations. This position combines professionalism, analytical thinking, and attention to detail to support effective business management.

The Accounts Payable Specialist requires strong organizational skills, mathematical ability, and the ability to consistently process financial information while maintaining vendor relationships, payment accuracy, and confidentiality. Successful candidates contribute directly to efficient accounting operations and sound financial management.
