The team is looking for a driven investment banking professional with strong transaction execution experience, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Responsibilities Execute live M&A transactions from initiation through closing. Build and maintain complex financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials. Prepare pitch books, management presentations, confidential information memoranda, and board materials. Conduct industry, company, and market research to support client engagements. Coordinate due diligence processes and manage communication with clients, counterparties, legal advisors, and other stakeholders. Work directly with senior bankers on strategic advisory assignments and transaction execution. Mentor and oversee analysts while helping manage day-to-day deal processes. Qualifications 3-5 years of investment banking experience. Current Investment Banking Associate or Senior Associate at a bulge bracket, elite boutique, middle market investment bank, or independent advisory firm. Strong M&A transaction execution experience. Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
