Business Development | Cleaning & Restoration Partnerships Voda Cleaning & Restoration

We're not looking for someone to wait for leads. We're looking for someone who can create them.

Voda Cleaning & Restoration is one of the fastest-growing restoration franchises in the country, and we're looking for a connector, relationship builder, and opportunity creator to help grow our presence in the local market.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales role.

You'll be out in the community building relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, commercial facilities, contractors, real estate professionals, and other referral partners. Your goal is to make sure that when water, fire, mold, or another property emergency happens, Voda is the first call they make.

What You'll Do

Build relationships that drive business.

You'll develop and grow a network of referral partners throughout your territory while identifying new opportunities to put Voda in front of the right people.

Your week will include:

• Face-to-face visits with current and prospective referral partners
• Building relationships with property managers, insurance professionals, contractors, commercial facilities, and other key partners
• Creating and executing a focused territory sales plan
• Attending networking events, association meetings, and community events
• Finding creative ways to get in the door and start conversations
• Following up consistently — because great relationships aren't built in one visit
• Tracking your pipeline, activity, and results in our CRM
• Working closely with Operations to make sure the experience you sell is the experience we deliver

Who We're Looking For

You don't need someone to hand you a list every morning and tell you where to go.

You're comfortable walking into a room where you don't know anyone and leaving with new connections.

You're persistent without being pushy. You're organized, accountable, and understand that “not today” doesn't mean “never.”

Most importantly, you know that successful business development isn't about collecting business cards. It's about building relationships that eventually turn into opportunities and revenue.

Restoration experience is a plus, but relationship-building ability, drive, and follow-through matter more.
