What You’ll Do Build and grow strategic referral partnerships (property managers, insurance agents, commercial facilities, contractors, etc.) Develop and execute a territory business development plan Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations Stay consistently engaged with referral sources through calls, visits, and networking events Track activity and performance through CRM and weekly reporting Partner closely with Operations to ensure exceptional customer experience Who You Are Relentless in follow-up and disciplined in execution A natural relationship builder with executive-level communication skills Financially savvy and comfortable discussing revenue impact Organized, tech-comfortable, and accountable to goals Motivated by growth — both personal and company-wide What Sets Voda Apart At Voda, culture isn’t a buzzword — it’s how we win.
