Fulfillment Center Manager

Who We Are Enstall is the world’s largest provider of rooftop solar mounting hardware. What You’ll Do Lead daily operations of the fulfillment center, including receiving, shipping, inventory control and warehouse organization. Supervise, coach and develop warehouse personnel to ensure safety and efficiency. Partner with Customer Service, Quality, Supply Chain and Logistics teams to support operational performance, on‑time deliveries and inventory accuracy. Manage inbound and outbound shipments, inventory transactions, cycle counts, shipment quality and documentation within ERP/WMS systems. Monitor operational KPIs such as shipping accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity and quality metrics. Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards and quality requirements. Coordinate warehouse space utilization, material flow and equipment to maximize efficiency. Identify and implement process improvements to support productivity, service levels and operational growth. Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related field. 5+ years of experience managing fulfillment operations and leading warehouse teams. Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping and receiving processes. Experience with cycle counting and inventory accuracy programs. Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook and Word. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Where You'll Be Located This position is onsite at our Westfield, MA warehouse. What We Offer We offer competitive compensation based on relevant experience, skills, education and location. The base salary for this position is between $80,000 and $90,000 annually for the Springfield, MA market.
