If you are an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and warehouse coordination, we encourage you to apply for this position and help drive our organization's success.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Coordination:Coordinate and facilitate warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivityOversee the management of inventory, storage, and distribution within the warehouseCollaborate with different teams to gather information, provide updates, and resolve warehouse-related issuesImplement and maintain safety protocols and best practices within the warehouse to ensure a secure working environmentResource Management:Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet operational needsMonitor resource utilization and recommend adjustments as necessaryCustomer Service and Follow-Up:Assist sales personnel to ensure exceptional customer servicePerform follow-up to ensure timely shipment of materialsResolve customer service issues promptly and effectivelyTrack open sales orders and ensure their fulfillmentFreight Management:Oversee the logistics of inbound and outbound freight shipmentsEnsure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods, optimizing freight routes, carriers, and delivery schedulesManage the filing and resolution of freight claimsQualifications8 or more years of work experience leading/managing an operations organization and collaborating with other operations functionsEpicor 21 (P21) skills highly desirableProven experience in operations coordination or a similar roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and reportingAttention to detail and a commitment to qualityAbility to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of freight logistics and experience in handling freight claimsPhysical DemandsFrequently required to standFrequently required to walkContinually required to sitContinually required to utilize hand and finger dexterityOccasionally balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawlContinually required to talk or hearContinually utilize visual acuity to read technical information and/or use a keyboardOccasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 25 poundsOccasionally work near moving mechanical partsOccasionally exposure to outside weather conditionsOccasionally loud noise (examples: shop tool noises, electric motors, moving mechanical equipment)Work EnvironmentThis role operates in a professional office environment with flexibility for hybrid work.
