The ideal candidate will perform troubleshooting and diagnose problems on building systems. (General knowledge of all building systems is necessary.) This will also include work order requests, planned work tasks, and other assigned projects related to general facilities maintenance. Keep facilities manager apprised of status of all work completed, in process or planned in a timely manner. Perform or, if necessary, contact service providers to repair or replace building equipment or systems and develop resolutions to correct noted deficiencies in the most timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.
