Help Desk Specialist

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for at least 1 year of desktop hardware support experience.
• We require prior Service Desk or Desktop Support experience.
• We need experience using ServiceNow, including basic user and security group functions.
• We value knowledge of Active Directory administration.
• We expect strong proficiency with Microsoft operating systems, especially Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• We need experience troubleshooting Office 365 and Gmail, including permissions, calendaring, and delegation.
• We look for familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as Zoom, G-Suite, and Slack.
• We need experience supporting MFA and VPN-related issues.
• We value experience troubleshooting Wi-Fi networking on both Macs and PCs.

• We provide support to end users with computer, application, system, device, access, and hardware issues.
• We identify, investigate, and resolve technical problems of moderate complexity.
• We respond to support requests received by phone, email, and online channels.
• We document, track, and monitor issues using the appropriate systems and tools.
• We may coordinate with other teams or departments to help resolve user concerns.
