Litigation Paralegal - Catastrophic/Personal Injury

A boutique Dallas Plaintiff firm specializing in catastrophic and high‑damage cases is seeking an experienced Plaintiff PI Paralegal to join their litigation team. This is a hands‑on role supporting three attorneys with complex, emotionally sensitive claims.

Responsibilities
- Handle ~30 cases from intake through settlement
- Draft pleadings, discovery, deposition summaries, and legal correspondence
- Conduct legal research (Westlaw)
- Calendar deadlines and manage litigation timelines
- Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and experts
- Assist with trial prep and attend trial as needed
- Answer phones as part of the team (collaborative culture)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Plaintiff PI paralegal experience
- Experience with catastrophic/high‑value cases strongly preferred
- Strong drafting, writing, and proofreading skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
