Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to clients and attorneys in managing a busy personal injury docket. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Note: Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Previous personal injury law experience is a plus.We value experience, but will consider training candidates who show exceptional potential and dedication. Responsibilities No two days will be exactly alike. Your responsibilities may include: Managing a large personal injury docket and moving cases forward. Communicating regularly with clients regarding their cases. Preparing and reviewing legal documents. Setting up claims with insurance companies. Coordinating client medical treatment with providers. Collaborating with attorneys to ensure cases meet deadlines and compliance standards. Following firm checklists and case management procedures. Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Strong professionalism and a proactive, “get it done” attitude. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; Spanish strongly preferred. Prior plaintiff’s personal injury law experience (auto accidents, trucking cases, premises liability) is a plus. Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Proficient in MS Office applications. Team-oriented and client-focused, with excellent customer service skills. Why Join Us?
