Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Legal Assistant role located in San Antonio, TX in our Property Owners' Association Department. The Legal Assistant will support attorneys with day-to-day tasks, including drafting litigation documents, handling dedicatory instruments, scheduling production of legal documents and other administrative tasks as assigned. Responsibilities include drafting routine correspondence, assisting with court filings, and coordinating communication with clients and courts. The Legal Assistant will work closely with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case progression and consistent, professional client support. Qualifications Strong foundational knowledge of law and legal procedures relevant to a law firm environment. Proficiency in legal document preparation, including drafting, formatting, and organizing legal filings and correspondence. Effective communication skills for interacting with attorneys, clients, courts, and external parties. Administrative assistance capabilities, including scheduling, file management, data entry, and office organization. Experience or training as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or similar legal support role. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with office and legal software (e.g., Microsoft Office, case management systems, electronic filing platforms). High school diploma or equivalent required; additional legal or paralegal education is preferred.
