This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone transitioning out of investment banking, management consulting, or private equity (2–4 years of experience), eager to move into a fast-paced SaaS business environment.What You'll DoPartner directly with senior leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions across product, finance, and service delivery teamsBuild and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to drive decision-making and operational transparencyConduct financial modeling, ROI analysis, and business case development for new initiatives and cross-functional projectsSupport M&A integration, pricing strategy, vendor negotiations, and business case planningLead cross-functional initiatives that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growthOperate as a versatile problem-solver—whether analyzing operational data, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, or optimizing internal systems and workflowsQualificationsWho You Are2–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or BizOps at a high-growth SaaS or fintech companyAnalytical and data-driven, with strong Excel and financial modeling skills (SQL or Looker experience a plus)Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and break down complexityThrives in a startup environmentBonus PointsExperience with SaaS business models, accounting/finance systems, or working directly with product/engineering teamsFamiliarity with tools like Salesforce, Looker, SQL, or AirtableYou've built process improvements or internal tools that made teams more efficient or customers happierAdditional InformationWork Environment:RemoteAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
