We're hiring a Graphic Designer to join a high-volume influencer and performance marketing agency — producing approximately 10–20 static and carousel ad creatives per day in Figma, working from detailed creative briefs across a range of headline variations and iterations. The role is roughly 90% static and carousel design with 10% light motion graphic enhancement (slide-in effects, simple animated GIFs, and layered pop-ups) — not traditional video editing. Daily volume will fluctuate (as low as 5, as high as 30 on peak days), and during lighter periods you'll be expected to use downtime proactively for research, ideation, and tool exploration. You'll start with detailed briefs and gradually grow into building your own; feedback will be heavy early on and the role is designed to expand scope over time for the right person. This is an ideal fit for an earlier-career designer who is hungry, highly responsive, detail-oriented, and excited to develop quickly within a structured high-output environment.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• High-Volume Static & Carousel Design: Produce approximately 10–20 static and carousel ad creatives per day in Figma, working from detailed briefs — including headline variations and iterative design adjustments across multiple concepts and formats, with daily volume fluctuating based on campaign needs.
• Light Motion Graphic Enhancement: Apply light motion enhancements to static design work — including slide-in motion graphics, simple animated GIFs, and layered pop-up effects — as a complement to the primary static design workload rather than standalone video editing.
• Brief Execution & Iteration: Work from detailed creative briefs to execute designs accurately on the first pass, incorporating feedback quickly and applying learnings to subsequent iterations; gradually develop the ability to build your own briefs as you ramp up.
• Proactive Downtime Utilization: During lighter production periods, proactively use available time for creative research, concept ideation, and exploration of design and motion tools — approaching slow days as an opportunity to develop rather than waiting for assignments.
• Internal Communication & Task Management: Manage task assignments and design communications through the team's internal systems; respond promptly to feedback and direction, maintaining a high level of responsiveness and follow-through throughout the production cycle.

What You Bring

• Figma Proficiency: Strong hands-on Figma experience for static and carousel ad design — comfortable producing polished, on-brand work from a brief at volume and speed.
• Design Fundamentals: Solid grounding in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and composition — with the ability to execute clean, consistent work across multiple headline variations and creative iterations without losing quality.
• Attention to Detail & Responsiveness: High attention to detail in executing briefs accurately; highly responsive to feedback and direction — someone who reads notes carefully, asks clarifying questions when needed, and applies corrections quickly across iterations.
• Volume Comfort & Work Ethic: Genuine comfort — and ideally enthusiasm — for high-output design work; energized rather than overwhelmed by a full production day, and proactive about how downtime is spent rather than waiting for the next task to be assigned.
• Hunger to Grow: An earlier-career designer who is proactive, coachable, and genuinely motivated to expand scope and skills over time — the right attitude and design instincts matter more here than an already-complete skill set.

Bonus Points if:

• You have experience with motion graphics tools such as Motion, After Effects, or comparable platforms for animated enhancements.
• You have a light creative strategy background or interest in the thinking behind ad creative — what makes a hook work, how to position a concept for performance.
• You have prior experience designing paid social assets for performance marketing, DTC brands, or a digital agency environment.
