Gestor de Relaciones con Clientes – Beneficios para Empleados HUB International, una firma líder en seguros, está buscando un Gerente de Relaciones con Clientes en su oficina de Rockville, MD. Responsabilidades Revisar los requisitos de cumplimiento con los clientes, obtener informes de reclamaciones y asegurar que los clientes entiendan los criterios de presentación y cumplimiento. Implementar planes de servicio al cliente y contribuir a la mejora de los servicios y ventas al cliente. Asistir a sesiones de capacitación y adherirse a regulaciones y políticas. Gestionar beneficios para empleados de los clientes, supervisar vacaciones y tiempo libre personal, incorporar nuevos empleados y proporcionar oportunidades de educación continua. Implementar arreglos de trabajo flexibles. Fomentar la diversidad y la inclusión a través de grupos de recursos y voces de empleados de HUB. Calificaciones Al menos tres años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas de beneficios para empleados. Licencia válida y actual de Vida/Salud. Familiaridad con regulaciones de cumplimiento.
