Your Role in Shaping a Healthier Tomorrow

• Conduct assessments on patients across all age groups, employing standardized tests and observational methods.
• Create individualized treatment plans that cater to both immediate objectives and enduring needs in communication, cognition, and swallowing abilities.
• Deliver focused speech therapy to help improve communication skills, language development, fluency, vocalization, and swallowing functions.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families for coordinated care.
• Educate patients and their families to empower progress beyond the clinic.
• Participate in inpatient evaluations and interventions as needed, ensuring comprehensive care continuity.
• Keep thorough and timely records that comply with all regulatory guidelines and organizational standards.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the field through continuous education and collaboration with peers.

Qualifications That Champion Change

• A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if certification from ASHA is yet to be achieved.

Required Credentials

• State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• Preferably, a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification to be obtained within 30 days of hiring.
