My Time 2 Launch , a neurodiversity-affirming, BCBA-led company, is seeking a compassionate, engaged RBT to work one-on-one with a young child in Kissimmee area, currently receiving services in the home setting. The role will be M-F 8:00 AM to 3 PM. You will need to also obtain clearance to work with the child in the school setting in the fall - we will assist you getting a school vendor badge.

About This Role Your client is an energetic, lovable young child whose programming targets functional communication, attending, imitation, and school-readiness skills. Behavior intervention is a core and active component of this case. All behaviors are function-based, well-documented in a formal BIP, and supervised by a highly experienced BCBA clinician. You will never be left to figure it out alone.

Follow written protocols consistently and collect accurate data
Hold your RBT certification or are ready to earn it (we train motivated candidates)
