Commercial Roofing Branch Manager

Full Time (In Person), Monday - Friday  |  Based on Qualifications & Experience 

Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. We are looking for a Branch Leader to run the day-to-day operations of one of our branches — leading sales, production, service, and waterproofing teams while keeping safety, quality, and customer satisfaction front and center.

This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to our CEO/President of Operations, with full accountability for branch performance and growth.

What You Will Do

• Lead and develop Superintendents, Project Managers, Estimators, and office staff across the branch 
• Run weekly sales, production, and service check-ins to keep every job on track 
• Own branch financial performance, including budgets, A/R, and monthly P&L review 
• Ensure every crew works safely and every customer gets the quality they were promised 
• Recruit, train, and retain a strong branch team 

What You Bring

• 5+ years of roofing production supervision experience 
• OSHA 30-hour card and valid driver's license 
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and people across multiple departments 
• Strong communication skills with crews, customers, and company leadership 
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen as a condition of hire

Nice to Have

• 10+ years of roofing production supervision experience 

• Bilingual fluency 

• CDL and specialized equipment training (crane, forklift, aerial lift, rigging)
