A leading international legal search firm is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join its high‑performing New York team, supporting associate‑level hiring across the AmLaw 200 market. This is a revenue‑generating role ideal for an experienced legal recruiter who can manage client relationships, deliver on mandates, and grow a high‑value desk.
You’ll step into a well‑established market with access to existing clients, a deep candidate database, and a collaborative team that consistently exceeds annual billing targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with US private practice law firms, especially in New York
- Deliver on associate‑level mandates across multiple practice areas
- Lead full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, client management, and placement
- Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market development
- Build and maintain a strong network of legal professionals
- Collaborate with senior team members to support overall team performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in legal recruitment , ideally within the US market
- Strong understanding of US private practice law firms
- Track record of placing associates or partners
- Ability to manage full recruitment processes and client relationships
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- Motivated, driven, and committed to long‑term career growth
- Ability to work on‑site in New York
Compensation & Benefits
