Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive and continuous healthcare for individuals and families, spanning all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Address chronic conditions, provide preventive care, manage acute illnesses, and offer mental health support with a patient-first mindset.
• Perform physical examinations, assess diagnostic tests, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care coordinators, behavioral health experts, and specialists for integrated, holistic patient care.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and boost operational excellence.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for precise, timely patient documentation.
• Provide care both in-person and via telemedicine to better accommodate patient needs and preferences.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine accredited by the relevant bodies.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently possessed) an active Kansas medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.

Skills and Experience

• Strong diagnostic and clinical abilities, particularly in preventive care.
