Disability Services Senior Analyst (Analyst II) – Salary: $6,031.00–$7,547.00 per month Working Conditions Hybrid approach including in-office and remote work solutions based on business needs. Responsibilities Under the direction of the Supervisor I, the Analyst II (Disability Services Senior Analyst) independently performs time-sensitive case management for an assigned caseload. The Analyst II engages in the determination of statutory and medical eligibility, payments, and various components of continuing qualifications for disability benefits. The Analyst II consistently provides a high-level of ongoing communication with disability members both verbally and in writing, and is responsible for complete analysis of the disability application resulting in a thorough and accurate final written summary recommendation to management. Qualifications Critical‑thinking skills to analyze complex information and arrive at reasonable conclusions. Experience interpreting laws or regulations. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks within short time frames. Desire to provide excellent customer service. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Ability to work independently and effectively as a team player. Minimum Requirements Position at Analyst II level; Analyst I may be considered for duties adjusted accordingly.
