Pay Rate: $23/hour
Duration: 12 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM
Start Date: November 23, 2026
Interview Process: Two rounds — first virtual, second in person

About the Role:

Caterpillar is seeking an experienced customer service professional to provide regional support to dealerships worldwide. This role focuses on handling customer inquiries, financial transactions, billing concerns, and administrative functions while maintaining strong relationships with dealers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer emails regarding service inquiries and financial transactions.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, billing issues, and requests for adjustments.
• Contact customers to provide updates on inquiries, claim investigations, and resolutions.
• Escalate unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and resolutions.
• Support reporting functions and participate in limited project work.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to provide effective dealer support.

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, conflict resolution, listening, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with Salesforce and Power BI is preferred.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus.
