What You'll Do:

• Perform inpatient coverage including admission, daily rounding, and discharge planning for Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) and hematology patients
• Manage transplant and cellular therapy complications (e.g., GVHD, CRS, ICANS)
• Assist with bone marrow biopsies, stem cell infusions, and transfusions
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and procedures
• Collaborate with attending physicians and healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and documentation standards in Epic EMR system

What You Need:

• Active Missouri RN license and certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• BLS mandatory; ACLS preferred
• 1.52 years of experience in inpatient BMT or hematology/oncology nurse practitioner roles
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex patient cases
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, inpatient environment, both night and day shifts
