The Account Supervisor is responsible for managing strategic customer accounts with a focus on delivering exceptional service, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires specialized technical and market knowledge, particularly related to north American production processes, global supplier standards, and region-specific customer requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for global customers across multilingual and multicultural environmentsDevelop account strategies aligned with regional market dynamics, regulatory expectations, and global customer requirementsConduct on-site visits to overseas client locations and manufacturing plants to support technical and commercial alignmentApply region-specific knowledge of manufacturing standards, material specifications, and processes.
