Sr. Clinical Data Scientist (RBQM Analytics)

Senior Clinical Data Scientist position focused on risk-based quality management analytics. Leads machine learning model development and statistical analysis to generate clinical insights, working hybrid in North Chicago with emphasis on regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of machine learning models for clinical insights
• Develop statistical prototypes and algorithms using emerging methodologies and AI techniques
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations, GCP standards, ICH Guidelines, and company SOPs
• Identify business needs and support creation of KPIs, reports, and statistical analyses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend analytical techniques for business problems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in bioinformatics, data science, or statistics
• 2 years progressive data science work experience
• 2 years programming experience with R and Python for data analysis
• 2 years building dashboards using Spotfire, Tableau, or MS Power BI
• 2 years building statistical models for clinical trial analytics
• Ability to read and understand clinical protocols for analysis design
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH Guidelines, and federal regulatory requirements

Compensation: $124,184.48 - $183,500.00 per year
