The Opportunity As a Massage Therapist at Bellezza, you will provide customized massage treatments in a beautiful, professional environment while building lasting relationships with your clients. Responsibilities Provide exceptional, customized massage therapy services based on each client's individual needs. Conduct professional consultations and identify appropriate treatment goals. Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes. Create a relaxing, welcoming, and professional treatment experience. Maintain impeccable sanitation, cleanliness, and treatment-room standards. Communicate professionally with clients before, during, and after each service. Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and protect client privacy and confidentiality. Recognize contraindications and modify or postpone treatments when appropriate. Recommend appropriate follow-up treatments and encourage rebooking. Educate clients on wellness, self-care, and appropriate home-care recommendations within your scope of practice. Collaborate with other Bellezza professionals to provide a comprehensive guest experience. Maintain current knowledge of massage techniques and wellness trends through continuing education. Represent Bellezza professionally both in the salon and within the community. Follow all Bellezza policies, procedures, and The Bellezza Standard . What We're Looking For Current Massachusetts Massage Therapist license in good standing. Graduate of an approved massage therapy program. Strong knowledge of anatomy, massage techniques, contraindications, and client safety. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Warm, professional, and confident personality. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Passion for helping clients feel their best. Commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience. Previous experience in a luxury spa, salon, wellness, or hospitality environment is a plus. Additional massage modalities or specialized training are a plus. Why Bellezza?
