Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across levels; coordinate care with other disciplines using clinical judgment.
- Collect relevant data, analyze assessment findings, and determine diagnoses and care issues.
- Develop and implement a plan of care; supervise plan execution, coordinate care delivery, and promote a safe, healing environment.
- Evaluate progress toward outcomes; participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients and families.
- Collaborate with the patient, family, and treatment team; delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of the healthcare team.

Requirements
- Licensure: Current RN license in the state of practice (California) with active status.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS) required; CPR/BLS from an approved vendor per policy.
- Education: BSN preferred; 2+ years of recent nursing experience in ICU/acute care settings preferred.
- Experience: Minimum two years of recent nursing experience in a field related to critical care or acute care.
- Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced ICU setting; reliable completion of credentialing requirements.
